Following extensive preparation and a successful assessment, Component Process and Repair Limited has been formally accredited by Nadcap for its Metal Spray coatings facility.
Having achieved this prestigious recognition, the company now aims to extend its range of Nadcap approvals in the coming months by assuring compliant processes for its Coatings Evaluation Laboratory which performs coatings bond strength evaluations through bend tests, microsections, and hardness testing. Further Nadcap approvals are also in the pipeline for non-destructive testing and welding.
Nadcap, or the National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program, is a globally recognized accreditation program that ensures quality, safety, and operational excellence across aerospace, defence, and space sectors. It is an industry-managed program that brings together companies and suppliers to oversee accreditation for critical processes.
